1. Requirements for Exhibitors
Enterprises, institutions or individuals are invited to participate in the fair on condition that they can provide sci-tech achievements for transfer or joint development and that their provided achievements meet the requirements specified in the Key Tech Fields of the Projects for Exhibitor Invitation (See the Overall Scheme ).
2．Modes of Participation
(i) Exhibitors Invited
Based on the recommendation of local industries and enterprises, and on the information obtained by related departments, the Office of the Organization Committee of the NETF will invite competent, technically-powerful and productive sci-tech research institutes and tech-oriented enterprises to participate in the fair.
Procedures of invitation:
The Organization Committee issues invitation letters → The invited makes confirmation for the participation by replying and fills in the registration forms of exhibitors and projects →The invited participates in the fair.
(ⅱ) Exhibitors Entering for the Fair
Those exhibitors who are in compliance with the above-mentioned requirements and have an intention to participate in the fair, can register with a related Exhibitor Invitation Dept. of the Organization Committee.
Procedures of Entering for the Fair:
Organizations or individuals fill in the Form for Collecting Participating Projects → The Office of the Organization Committee grants an approval and confirmation to those qualified →The approved participates in the fair.
